Our Story

We built this place
for you.
The Self Studio was created from a simple belief: that every person deserves a space to come home to themselves. We are not a franchise. We are not a trend. We are a thoughtfully built, community-rooted studio grounded in the practice of yoga and the understanding that real wellness is both personal and collective.
A different kind of practice
Here, movement is intentional. Classes are designed to support your body — not push past it. And growth is something you experience over time, not chase in a single session.
Our teachers are practitioners first — people who live what they teach and guide with clarity, presence, and care.
Our space is designed to feel calm, grounded, and focused — a place where you can step out of the noise and into yourself.
Built for community, not just classes
The Self Studio is more than a schedule of classes — it's a place to belong.
We believe transformation doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when people feel supported, seen, and part of something bigger than themselves.
That's what we're building here.

"The practice begins the moment you walk through the door."
The Collective
More Than a Studio.
A Community.
Collective Resonance
We practice together because something shifts in a room full of people breathing as one.
Radical Presence
Every class is an invitation to arrive fully—in body, breath, and belonging.
Transformative Space
The studio is not a gym. It is a threshold between who you are and who you are becoming.
