Thursday Nights & Beyond
Sound baths, meditations, breathwork, and healing gatherings — held most Thursday evenings and beyond. All are welcome, no experience needed.
BYOB/BYOF: Bring your favorite beverage and food to enjoy while we stitch and watch.
A little crafting, a little Halloween magic, and a cozy afternoon together.
Kirtan is a simple, heart-centered practice of call-and-response chanting rooted in the Bhakti (devotional) tradition of yoga. You don't need to be a singer, know the words, or have any previous experience—just bring an open heart and a willingness to join in.
This gathering will be gently led by a local musician and beginner practitioner who is excited to share this beautiful tradition with our community. Together, we'll explore simple chants, moments of stillness, and the powerful sense of connection that can arise through shared music.
Whether you're curious about kirtan, looking for a different kind of meditation, or simply hoping to spend an uplifting evening in community, you're warmly welcome.
What to Expect:
A brief introduction to kirtan and the practice of chanting
Easy call-and-response chants that anyone can follow
Time for quiet reflection and meditation
A relaxed, supportive atmosphere
No singing experience required
No experience. No performance. Just voices, community, and the simple joy of singing together.
Inspired by the Celtic festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, this gathering invites you to reflect on the past year, remember the people and experiences that have shaped you, and consider what you’re ready to leave behind.
Together, we’ll explore the themes of transition, remembrance, and letting go—with space to connect with yourself and with community as we welcome the quieter months ahead.
Come as you are, whether Samhain is a familiar tradition or something you’re curious to explore. No prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to pause.
Sandra will guide the experience and pair you with a crystal to support your intention. Come with curiosity and enjoy a little time to reflect, connect and try something new. No previous experience with tarot or crystals is needed.
This 90-minute yoga class with Liza offers a thoughtful sequence of poses, mindful breathing and time to rest, centered on comfort, body awareness and relaxation. Explore movement at your own pace in a welcoming space with other women navigating this stage of life.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, come as you are and take time to reconnect with your body.

Doors open at 8:30 PM. Concert begins at 9 PM.
